Fujifilm Appoint AXT as Exclusive Industrial Film Distributors in Australia
Fujifilm and AXT Pty Ltd are proud to announce that AXT has been appointed the exclusive distributor of Fujifilm Industrial products for Australia. The addition of this new product range allows AXT to provide a complete radiographic product portfolio for NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) applications.
Fujifilm have a long and distinguished history in the field of imaging and photography. As part of their vast product range, the IX line of industrial x-ray film products lead the industry providing consistent high quality NDT solutions. The high levels of performance can be linked to revolutionary new film technology including the latest emulsion making science and computerised manufacturing. Fujifilm’s investment in science and technology assure consistent performance from batch to batch as well as optimal image quality and compatibility with all NDT chemistries and processing conditions.
Fujifilm’s IX range of products is comprehensive taking in interleaved, non-interleaved sheets as well as rolls and roll-packs and envelopacks to suit any NDT needs. They have grades suited to various applications from delicate microelectronics through to polymer matrix composites, all the way to heavy gauge welded steel structures. Furthermore, Fujifilm offer several grades which can be used as direct replacements for most grades of film offered by other manufacturers.

AXT are able to offer complete solutions for NDT practitioners starting from radiographic generator sets from leading manufacturers Rigaku and Yxlon. The range of high quality systems to suit various budgets include directional and panoramic systems, as well as pulsed and continuous operation in a range of different power outputs to suit applications from delicate microelectronics to thick-walled welded pipelines. In addition to this, AXT offer flat panel detectors from Varian, linear detectors from Detection Technology as well as x-ray generators from Spellman.
